So I was wondering, anime has only started to become popular in the late 80's to 90's and has only really exploded in popularity in the late 2000's to the present day. Appealing mostly to teenagers, preadolescent kids and young adults (though there are of course some adults as well), and most parents of today are usually either indifferent to anime or against it, at best they only watch a few and aren't really into it or anything. So by the time the next generation comes around when most of us otakus/anime fans have children there would be a lot more otaku parents and how cool would that be being raised by parents who reads & watches anime and manga and collect anime related stuff (figurines, plushies, posters, dvds, mangas etc.) and how they would influence their kids. So what do you guys think if you have kids, would you still be an otaku or would you have grown out of it and would you introduce your kids to the wonderful/horrifying world of anime? This question is also directed to those who reads and watches anime & manga causually as a hobby and aren't really "otakus"
